Now it's time for us to think about how we can put some behavioural changes in place to close the gaps in our performance. List the changes you would like to implement and pick 1 or 2 to focus on. No doubt you are busy in your day to day activities at work so don't try to tackle too many changes at once.
Next, find some relevant courses or programs that can help you implement the behavioural changes and put them into a draft action plan. There are a multitude of programs in the market place, make sure you find one that is going to work best for you.
